• We professionally attempt to remove 100% of cleanable & pressable defects for each submitted collectible – on-time, every time, for every tier of service.

• We promptly review provided images for each RestoCheck™ collectible within 1-2 business days and provide educated - but not guaranteed - guesses as to the likelihood of restoration on comic books and magazines.

• We'll ensure your items depart from our facility properly cleaned & pressed over the promised number of weeks (we consider 1 week = 7 business days) from the date we receive your shipment (must be delivered to us with signature required). Reminder that the amount of time any service takes is: the sum of the time for dry cleaning & pressing; plus any additional time for special conservation services.

• We will re-clean and re-press, at our expense, any collectible that leaves our care and is found by a grading company to have residual pressable or cleanable defects (e.g., bends or folds - but not creases, which can be minimized but often not removed).

• We will attempt to remove any unintentional restorative characteristics, at our expense, if any intended universal “blue label” item is professionally graded as conserved “gray label” or restored “purple label” solely due to our work. Clients must still pay for their own re-grading & grader return shipping.

• We promise to be available and proactive with communications, especially In the event that any shipment is delayed.

• We will track shipments, contact carriers, and coordinate the insured conveyance of your collectibles.

• We try to be easy to reach, and help you without undue delay by phone, text or email.
