Deep cleaning fee is per item & INCLUDES an 8-week pressing fee (may take less than 8 weeks)
+3% Fair Market Value (FMV) surcharge - $95 minimum - invoiced on collectibles with inbound values over $1,000 per item (valued based on starting grade, when received)
Items must not be brittle or fragile, especially at corners, edges, staples or spines.
In this process, both interior & exterior covers deep cleaned, to ensure uniformity of paper color and tone
Deep cleaning can involve wide ranges of handling, temperature, pressure & humidity
We can’t guarantee that new defects won’t be introduced during this process
Some color could fade/break
Exacerbated spine splits/chipped brittle corners/fragile paper tears are possible
Covers could shrink or expand slightly
